Step into the role of Tax Return Preparer at our location in Trenton, Ontario. This part-time position transitions to full-time and requires skills in accounting and financial documentation.

We are hiring six candidates to join our team, focusing on preparing income tax returns, managing accounts payable, and performing various clerical duties. Applicants should have a secondary school graduation certificate, with familiarity in accounting software such as Quick Books and MS Excel considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare general ledger and journal entries

• Manage accounts payable and cash flow

• Invoice clients and prepare payroll

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records

• Address customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
