Overview
Lead faith initiatives as a Full time Chaplaincy Leader l Catholic Secondary School in Trenton, Ontario. This role centers on supporting students through ministry, counseling, and community engagement. The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board seeks a committed Chaplaincy Leader effective August 25, 2026.
Responsibilities- Develop and lead faith-based activities and liturgies
- Provide pastoral counseling and support to students
- Foster relationships among school, home, and parish
- Collaborate with the principal on spiritual initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Diploma or Certificate in Religious Ministry
- Minimum three years in Chaplaincy or related fields
- Active involvement in Catholic community work
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of Catholic teachings and liturgy
Serve as a guiding presence for students through faith, support, and community engagement.
