You will play a critical role in diagnosing and repairing aircraft issues while ensuring compliance with aviation standards. This position also involves supervising maintenance activities and preparing comprehensive documentation to uphold safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Certify and maintain aircraft components' airworthiness
• Repair electrical systems and structural components
• Adjust and install vital aircraft systems
• Supervise and document maintenance activities
• Calculate weight and balance for operational safety
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Valid M1 AME Licence from Transport Canada
• Proven experience with fixed-wing aircraft maintenance
• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on teamwork
• Excellent diagnostic and communication abilities
