This role requires a strong technical background in energy management and real property, along with four years of relevant experience. You will provide guidance on Smart Building technology and work on construction projects, including design reviews and energy performance contracts. Your expertise in energy modelling and lifecycle cost analyses will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete energy audits and simulations
• Prepare statements of work per Client-Partner needs
• Monitor energy performance and consumption
• Analyze GHG emissions tracking and reductions
• Develop and implement energy management strategies
Requirements:
• College diploma in engineering or a related field
• Four years’ experience in energy management
• Knowledge of ISO 50001 standards
• Proficient in data modeling and energy analysis tools
• Communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences
