Harris as a Technical Support Specialist in Trenton, Ontario. This 18-month contract role focuses on providing essential IT support for the Royal Canadian Air Force's aircraft maintenance teams.

You will play a crucial role in the CC150/CC130 programs by ensuring that users receive the technical assistance they need. The position involves maintaining user accounts in a Microsoft and Azure environment, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with onboarding processes. A strong customer-focused mindset and adaptability are vital to this high-impact role that works with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain user accounts and training within a Microsoft environment

• Troubleshoot Jira and Service Now tickets promptly

• Install and configure hardware/software as needed

• Coordinate with external repair technicians during site visits

• Support aircraft maintenance engineers with IT systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience

• Proficient in project management and aerospace knowledge

• Bilingualism is an asset

• Must maintain Government of Canada security clearance

• Willingness to work flexible hours
