Accounting Clerk

• Process accounts receivable payments and reconcile customer accounts. Reconcile various general ledger accounts to general ledger database. Assist in the month-end close process. Various accounting and clerical tasks as needed.
• Ability to use a calculator
• Proficient on a computer
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of accounting principles

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Associate degree in business or equivalent experience

Physical Capabilities:

• Sit for long periods of time
• Extended use of mouse, keyboard and computer monitor
