• Answers routine and non‑routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Updates trailer report and Team Board.
• Completes problem resolution reports – carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Data analysis.
