, is seeking a Production Supervisor – Intermediate to join their team. As a incend user, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations organization, supporting zone‑based production teams in a high‑volume, unionized environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What’s the Job?- Lead and manage small work teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, unionized manufacturing environment to ensure production plans are met.
- Ensure a safe workplace by enforcing safety standards, procedures, and the use of mandated safety tools while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Analyze production losses during shifts, utilize the C‑Matrix, and coordinate World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities to improve zone performance.
- Proactively monitor quality KPIs, prioritize quality issues, and guide Team Leaders to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Ensure proper workforce allocation on production lines, manage absenteeism, and support training and team development.
- Mobilize support groups and resources across the soreness manufacturing organization to resolve operational issues and drive problem‑solving efforts.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects focused on Safety, Cost, Quality, Throughput, and waste reduction.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
- Excellent organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with hourly employees, union representativesന്ന and senior leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- طوال Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, prior supervisory experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, union experience, and knowledge of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing systems.
