As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our precision manufacturing environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality components for complex assemblies. You will utilize your technical skills to operate specialized machinery, ensure product integrity, and support efficient production workflows in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities- Operate and maintain industrial presses, saw cutting equipment, and EDM machinery to shape metal components.
- Execute precise sheet metal fabrication tasks, including cutting and bending, to meet exact engineering standards.
- Perform assembly and alignment duties, ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality control benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and participate in cross-training initiatives.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for navigating production systems and internal communications.
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, standard work, and waste reduction.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving abilities in a shop-floor setting.
- Experience with CNC grinding or similar precision machining technologies.
