As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills while establishing retailer relationships. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. Occasionally you may work with other products from different companies in the stores you serve.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.50–$14.50, depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours are 13–26 per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products inside and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology to communicate with your supervisor, report time, give feedback, and complete required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support:
  Lead up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you may receive additional days and extended hours, sometimes on the actual holiday.
• Department resets:
  Occasionally support installations, fixture builds, relocation of card departments, and reset of card sections, with two weeks’ advance notice. Sessions may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration:
  Work with fellow merchandisers as needed across territories.

This is a physically demanding role that requires pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs or step ladders. Work is conducted on the sales floor and in back stockrooms.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
• Have Wi‑Fi access and internet connectivity.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
