Entry-Level Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an early-career detail oriented looking to build their accounting skills and gain hands-on experience in a detail oriented environment. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to day-to-day accounting operations while developing their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Assist with audits and other accounting-related projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
