Schedule:
20-25 hours/week, flexible hours
A mission-driven nonprofit serving children and families is seeking a part-time AP/AR Specialist to support accounting and general office operations.
Responsibilities- Process invoices, payments, deposits, and credit card transactions
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close and audits
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099s
- Support purchasing, procurement, and basic IT administration
- Sage 50 experience preferred
- Strong AP/AR, reconciliation, and general ledger skills
- 5+ years of AP/AR experience preferred
- Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
