St. Pio & Sacred Heart Parishes seek a Part Time Administrative Assistant:
Monday - Friday in our Administrative Office in Lavallette. Hours 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Join our staff of 3 other admins sharing the duties and responsibilities of the Parish Secretary: phones, correspondence, mass cards, record keeping, routine banking, pay approved invoices. Work in a fast paced, team environment, welcoming to parishioners and ready to provide support to our two linked parishes of St.
Pio and Sacred Heart
- Minimum 10 years related office experience.
- Computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, time management/ multitasking, professionalism and confidentiality required.
- Must be Very Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Publisher, Word, Excel, Outlook. - Proficiency in Quickbooks, Parish soft, & Teams is a huge plus!
- The hourly rate offered will be based on experience and qualifications and will range from $18-22/hour.
