Rutgers is hiring a Systems Support Specialist to support business and technology projects and programs within University Finance and Administration (UFA). The specialist leads procurement-focused initiatives, conducts business and technical analysis, and designs optimized process workflows while reporting to the Director of Systems, Operations, and Support. The role also drives end-to-end project implementation supporting University Procurement Services.
Highlights- Leads procurement-focused initiatives within University Finance and Administration's Systems, Operations, and Support team.
- Conducts business and technical analysis to support university financial and administrative systems projects.
- Documents functional requirements for technology and process-improvement initiatives.
- Designs optimized process workflows across university procurement operations.
- Drives end-to-end implementation of assigned projects from planning through completion.
- Reports directly to the Director of Systems, Operations, and Support (SOS).
- Supports University Procurement Services operations managed by the SOS team.
- Researches industry best practices to improve procurement and administrative efficiency.
