Pfizer is seeking a CFC Product Manager to own the end-to-end CRM platform for Customer-Facing Colleagues (CFC) globally within the CRM Product team of the CMO. The role partners with digital tech teams and vendors to plan, build and deploy AI-enabled enhancements that improve the CFC experience.
You will work on prioritizing opportunities, define product requirements, and drive a roadmap that aligns with commercial sales, KAM, Access and Medical needs across brands.
