Program Manager

We are hiring a Program Manager for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ
.

• Oversee and coordinate the vehicle driver program, including compliance monitoring, scheduling, and reporting.
• Track the progress of key projects and initiatives within the Chief of Staff Office.
• Assist with day to day operational needs of the COS team.
• Create& Develop reports.
• Assist with preparation of processes, procedures for the management of projects and programs.
• Coordinate planning across stakeholders.
• Monitor project status, spend, milestones and impacts. Draft and coordinate communications.
• Develop presentations, newsletters, talking points and executive summaries.
• Assist with internship program and plan events.

• Strong program management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• High School Diploma (8+ years' experience);
• BA (6+ years' experience) in program management, business operations, organizational effectiveness roles;
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations

• 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• lunch period: 12 noon-1 pm

• Work from Office or Remote:
  Office, some remote options (2 days a week after 8 weeks of employment)
