A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced
BAS Controls Construction Manager to support projects across New Jersey.

This role oversees BAS construction, system upgrades, and retrofit projects for mission-critical and commercial facilities.

• Location: New Jersey (multiple project sites)
• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Annual Bonus

• Lead BAS construction, retrofit, and integration efforts across mission-critical environments.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor activities, and overall field execution.
• Ensure safe construction practices and full compliance with codes, standards, and QC requirements.
• Oversee installation of BMS controls, HVAC system upgrades, and facility automation improvements.
• Review, interpret, and validate engineering drawings, schematics, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues, recommend solutions, and maintain project momentum.
• Deliver projects on time with high quality and alignment to client expectations.

• Experience managing Building Automation System construction or controls integration projects.
• Strong technical background in BAS, BMS, HVAC controls, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractor performance effectively.
• Skilled at interpreting drawings, plans, submittals, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects is preferred.

• Base salary $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential
