About the Role: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Estimator to join a leading company in the exterior restoration industry
. This role is critical in ensuring accurate project cost assessments and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects, including masonry and concrete repair.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timelines.
• Source and evaluate vendor pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of masonry and concrete restoration processes.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
