Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or eligibility for appropriate certification.

Performance Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements written instructional plans that meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of all students.
  • Creates and maintains a classroom environment that supports learning and is developmentally appropriate.
  • Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establishes clear objectives aligned with those goals.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the district’s philosophy of education and its instructional goals and objectives through instructional practices and professional conduct.
  • Establishes and maintains positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues, students, and families.
  • Performs other duties and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the building principal.

Building Principal

Elementary, Middle & High School Teacher

Position Type: Full-Time (10-Month Employee)

Salary Range: $70,075 – $114,875 annually

Benefits: Eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental, and enrollment in the applicable NJ State Pension Program

Union Affiliation: Trenton Education Association (TEA)
