Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Calibration Lab Manager with expertise in calibrating temperature, humidity, oxygen, CO2, and other sensors. The ideal candidate will lead our calibration team, maintain the highest standards of calibration accuracy, and ensure the alignment of our processes with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and supervise the calibration lab employees, fostering a productive and cohesive team environment.
  • Standard Adherence:
    Ensure all calibration activities align with manufacturer's standards and specifications, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of equipment.
  • Production Scheduling:
    Oversee and meet calibration production schedules, ensuring timely calibration of equipment without compromising on quality.
  • Lab Inventory:
    Maintain and control all equipment and supplies inventory necessary to achieve required calibration throughput, establishing quality standards; regularly inspect, maintain, and service calibration equipment to ensure its optimal performance and longevity.
  • Technological Upgrades:
    Stay updated on the latest calibration technologies, processes, and industry trends. Implement relevant advancements to enhance our lab’s capabilities and accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Monitor the calibration processes to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Communication:
    Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, and other departments to ensure the lab s activities align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain comprehensive records of all calibration procedures, results, and equipment histories to facilitate transparency and future references.
  • Training:
    Ensure the team is adequately trained and updated on the latest calibration techniques, processes, and equipment usage.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in a calibration lab environment.
    • Strong knowledge of calibration equipment and its maintenance.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
