Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

• Survey Operations Leadership – Supervise and manage survey crew operations, ensuring all aspects of land surveying are conducted efficiently and accurately.
• Project Management – Oversee various types of surveys, including ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic, boundary, and utility corridor surveys.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, maintain organized project documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Technical Expertise – Utilize advanced tools such as Trimble, Leica GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D for precise and efficient surveying.
• Business Development – Write survey proposals, engage in business development activities, and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Valid PA license required; NJ license a huge plus.
• Experience in land surveying, civil engineering, and environmental services.
• Proficiency with Trimble, Leica GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Strong project management and quality assurance skills.
