Our client is a leading global investment bank seeking a Vice President - Capital Markets Documentation Specialist to join its team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex capital markets documentation and support the Prime Services and Derivatives businesses.

• Draft, negotiate, and execute prime services agreements, including Futures agreements, OTC clearing agreements, and ISDA master agreements.
• Oversee transactional processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and risk management teams, to facilitate timely execution of transactions.
• Provide legal advice on applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes impacting the business.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in transaction execution.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risk, controls, and strategic considerations.

• Strong background in drafting and negotiating capital markets documentation.
• Familiarity with prime brokerage, futures, and related financing businesses.
• Experience with agreements such as ISDA/CSA, OTC clearing, FXPB intermediation, repurchase, and stock lending agreements.

• Ability to manage risk and strengthen controls.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
