• Conducts allied therapy and psycho educational groups , primarily providing group psychotherapy using therapeutic interventions that facilitate both non-verbal and verbal communication .
• Performs comprehensive clinical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to promote stabilization and recovery in adult and geriatric psychiatric populations .
• Completes allied clinical therapy assessments for admitted patients and maintains accurate, timely documentation of all services rendered.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Provides patient education, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support as needed.
• Orders and maintains group therapy supplies within established budget parameters , at the discretion of the manager.
• Communicates and coordinates care with representatives of other disciplines to ensure integrated, patient-centered care .
• Participates in unit-based activities , continuing education, performance improvement initiatives, staff meetings, conferences, and agency-sponsored educational programs.

Art Therapist or Music Therapist! Day Shift, Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm Rotating weekends Art or Music Therapist licensure/certifications required 1 year in a behavioral health setting required
