We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse II to join the team on the Day Shift at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital in Trenton, NJ. This full-time position offers a stable schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a flexible 1-hour lunch break (exact timing varies).

In this role, you will provide vital mental health and psychiatric care to patients in a secure hospital environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
