Overview

Human Resources Recruiter (Manufacturing) – Permanent full-time role in Raritan, NJ. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. This is a confidential search for one of Ajulia Executive Search's preferred clients.

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar field
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
