Senior Agile Coach

Work is on-site in Central NJ / Philadelphia metro area 2-3 days per week.
Key Accountabilities- Performs as Agile Coach and trainer.
- Provides a variety of services through the organization which includes Agile / Scrum training development, delivery, and mentoring. You will be responsible for delivering training to individuals and Product teams using industry standard best practices for Agile / Scrum frameworks.
- Creates a true Agile culture by influencing the organization on benefits and generating positive energy.
- Contributes to developing Agile strategy and a path forward in the Agile evolution.
- Creates an environment that supports creativity, experimentation, and learning.
- Coaches team in Agile methodology and practices, using Agile as a strategic asset of culture change and business.
- Facilitates interactions and communications between teams and business units.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Subject expertise in Agile Transformation, including building Agile teams and technical writing of process and process diagrams (methodology) to support Agile delivery framework.
- Expertise in Agile across the spectrum, from hands-on to support to training teams.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative, hands-on approach.
- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, procedures, and processes.
- Ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and ensure skills within.
- Successful experience working with executive leaders and Development teams.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- The SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certifications preferred.
- Experience with AWS and/or MS Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Dev Ops practices, processes, and tooling.
- Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders, managers of all levels, and technologists and to tailor the message to the audience.
- Experience working as part of a high-pace agile team.
