We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This hybrid role is ideal for a local candidate who is passionate about automating IT service management workflows and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Now development, workflow configuration, and technical business analysis.

• Configure and customize workflows within the Service Now platform to meet business requirements.

• Automate IT service management processes using Service Now or similar tools.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.

• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop reports and KPIs to measure workflow effectiveness and efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to ITIL/Service Management best practices where applicable.

• 7+ years of technical business analyst experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now workflow configuration.

  • Proven experience in automating workflows in a service management platform.

  • Deep understanding of Service Now and its application in workflow automation.

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably Service Now.

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

  Familiarity with ITIL/Service Management frameworks.

  • Experience in process improvement and value stream mapping.

  • Ability to identify and eliminate non-value-added steps in workflows.

  • Experience in defining KPIs and creating performance reports.Additional Notes:

  • This position requires hybrid work – candidates must be able to commute to Trenton, NJ as needed.
