What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 strategic accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and measurable outcomes
  • Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and adoption of application delivery solutions
  • Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or AI augmentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with strategic initiatives
  • Utilize customer data and insights to develop actionable strategies for growth and renewal
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Degree in Data Analytics, AI, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience delivering technology and business outcomes in Customer Success or a related role
  • Deep understanding of application delivery technologies such as BIG‑IP, NGINX, and cloud networking platforms
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the home region, including occasional out-of-country trips

  • Experience with automation frameworks and AI technologies
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success metrics
