Responsibilities- Builds, reviews, and updates student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable Air Force Instructions, associated major command (MAJCOM) Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
- Coordinates scheduling of classes and exams as required and ensures crew members are scheduled for Crew Resource Management (CRM), Instructor Crew Resource Management (ICRM), Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), and all other grounding or pre‑deployment training requirements.
- Performs individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training requirements daily, monthly, and quarterly.
- Provides daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Operations Supervisor (or equivalent) and weekly summaries for the Operations Officer.
- In coordination with the Squadron Director of Training (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Chief, prepares and executes periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling and coordinates off‑site training conferences/seminar attendance as needed.
- Schedules members for required ground training events IAW unit policies.
- Provides weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
- Enables the scheduling office to maximize training opportunities IAW unit leadership guidance. Scheduling and training will be consistent with AFIs.
- Assists in the development of new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training if needed.
- Updates data in Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) or equivalent systems.
- Interfaces with Aviation Resource Management (ARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS).
- Generates the following reports/forms as required and provides monthly and quarterly inputs to the Operational Support Team (OST) for each quarter’s training requirements.
- Generates AF Form 2096s, Classification/On‑the‑Job Training Actions as needed.
- Provides monthly and semi‑annual non‑mission‑ready (NMR) letters for members to be placed in NMR status.
- Assists with the monthly Squadron Training Review Panel (STRP) briefings for squadron leadership to include training recommendations and status of training on unit members.
- Generates Proration Consideration Reports.
- Experience as a USAF aircrew member.
- Experience working in a USAF Squadron, Group, or Wing training program.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing training program.
- Experience serving in a DoD flying unit training flight.
- Experience working with GTIMS or similar proprietary training documentation program.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have excellent written, verbal communication and customer relations skills.
- Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Pay Range60,000 - 63,000
