Position Overview The Analyst V, Product Management is responsible for defining and overseeing complex product initiatives. This role ensures alignment between business goals and product execution.

About the Role Employees across Zelis are bringing AI into their daily work, and they need one place to do it well. This role owns the internal AI Platform that enables our teams to be more efficient and spend their time where it is most valuable.

As Lead Product Manager, you'll own the platform roadmap end to end. You'll set the direction, decide what gets built and work with engineering and design to ship it. The people who rely on it, employees in every part of the business, are your customers. The scope is broad and the work is foundational. What you build shapes how AI gets used at Zelis, and how thousands of employees use it to do their jobs every day.

This role is remote from anywhere in the US, though it may require occasional travel to an office location. Our team is spread across the US, but we all work EST hours. Why This Role You own the whole platform, not a slice. The roadmap is yours, end to end. You're early. The platform is still taking shape, so you'll help set the direction rather than inherit it.

- You'll set the long-term vision and own the day-to-day roadmap that delivers it, informed by close discovery with the employees and teams who use the platform. Platform as product
- You'll treat the people who use the platform as your customers, and take the friction out of incorporating AI into their daily workflows. Delivery
- You'll own the loop from intake to launch, making the hard calls between speed, scale, cost and reliability, with engineering and design. Adoption and health
