A leading global P&C insurance organization is looking to bring in a VP of Data Quality to build and scale its enterprise-wide Data Quality and Governance capabilities. This will be the most important hire the company will make this year.
We are looking for a true builder - someone who has experience establishing data quality frameworks, governance processes and operating models rather than simply maintaining an existing function.
Key requirements- Senior Data Quality / Data Governance leadership experience
- Proven experience building or transforming enterprise data capabilities
- Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance and MDM
- Experience working across Technology and business stakeholders
- P&C insurance experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating at VP / Executive level

Role & Responsibilities- Lead the Data Quality Management team, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.
- Develop and implement robust data quality strategies and frameworks compatible with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze data quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions to enhance data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data quality best practices throughout the organizational data workflows and processes.
- Manage and oversee large-scale data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Expertise in Data Warehouse management and operations.
- Proven track record of improving data quality and implementing quality control measures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Location:
New York / New Jersey
Hybrid: 4 days per week in office
$200-$225k + 25% bonus
