Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Guidewire Policy Center Developer with strong expertise in configuration, integration, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center configuration and integration development.
• Experience implementing and configuring the ISO Commercial Property Standards-Based Template (SBT).
• Knowledge of ISO commercial property standards, product model configuration, rating, and underwriting rules.
• Good understanding of P&C insurance and Lines of Business (LOBs), including Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementation, migration, upgrades, and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and Guidewire integration patterns.
• Experience providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and/or Cloud certifications are preferred.
