We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to provide advanced production support and operational support across multiple enterprise applications and platforms hosted on Cloud environments.

.Net Production Support

• Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications hosted on Azure cloud platform
• Troubleshoot application, API, integration, workflow, and database-related issues
• Support applications built using:
  • .NET / ASP.NET Core
  • Azure SQL
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • SharePoint Online
  • Open Text platforms
  • AI-enabled enterprise applications
• Monitor and support Azure PaaS services including:
  • Azure App Services
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure SQL
  • Azure Application Insights
• Support SharePoint document storage and permissions-related issues
• Assist with Open Text workflow and document processing support
• Support SaaS applications hosted on Cloud architecture

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Strong experience in L2 production support and cloud application support
