Role:
Manager of AI Next Frontier for Patient Engagements, leading AI-driven transformation of patient support services within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.
Responsibilities:- identify key patient journey challenges
- develop and oversee AI/ML solutions to enhance therapy initiation and adherence
- collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Patient Experience, Marketing, Data Science, IT)
- advocate for AI adoption
- measure impact through analytics frameworks
- minimum 5 years in healthcare analytics, data science, or related fields
- bachelor’s degree required
- proficient in integrating healthcare data sources (claims, EHR, pharmacy)
- experienced with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and predictive analytics
- strong stakeholder influence and leadership abilities
