Personal Injury Paralegals
who are passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal processes. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working in a dynamic team environment.
- Support attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial.
- Gather, review, and organize case-related documents such as medical records and bills.
- Draft legal correspondence, demand letters, and discovery responses.
- Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the case.
- File court documents and monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing materials for mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Experience:Prior experience as a personal injury paralegal is highly preferred.
- Skills:Strong multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Client Service:A compassionate and professional approach to client communication.
- Language:Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
