Creditors’ Rights Attorney (Foreclosure exp req)
Associate Attorney (Creditors’ Rights & Foreclosure) at Rhodes Wolfe, Cherry Hill, NJ.
Location: Camden County, NJ (10 miles outside Philadelphia, PA) – in‑office
Job Type: Full‑time
Typical
Hours:
8 AM – 5 PM ET
Travel: Local travel for closings as needed
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $110,000–$140,000 + Production & Origination Bonuses (OTE up to $200k+)

Responsibilities:
- Represent financial institutions and creditors in foreclosure and commercial litigation
- Manage foreclosure cases from initiation through post‑judgment resolution
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and property laws
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other foreclosure and enforcement documents
- Advise clients on foreclosure procedures and property rights
- Argue motions and hearings before judges in NJ courts
- Assist with creditor‑side bankruptcy tasks such as proofs of claim and stay relief motions
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on active cases
- Manage and mentor assigned paralegals and support staff
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date case files
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey required
- 2+ years of foreclosure, creditors’ rights, or commercial litigation experience required
- Experience arguing motions and foreclosure hearings required
