Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic

Madison, WI (Epic campus; relocation assistance provided)

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join Epic’s legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on risk areas including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

• Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, healthcare and other risk areas.
• Counsel the company on risk mitigation, drafting motions & briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
