A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced
BAS Controls Project Manager to manage projects across New Jersey.

This role is responsible for overseeing BAS initiatives within mission-critical and commercial facilities, ensuring project scope, timelines, and budgets are successfully met.

• Manage BAS initiatives across major data center, commercial, and mission‑critical projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, project schedules, deliverables, and field activities.
• Prepare and process RFIs, change orders, and all required project documentation.
• Handle project budgeting, financial forecasting, and progress reporting.
• Conduct frequent site visits to verify quality, progress, and safety compliance.
• Participate in coordination meetings to align project resources and timelines.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of BAS equipment and materials.
• Provide direction to installation and service technicians when required.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.

• Experience managing BAS, HVAC controls, or MEP projects—mission‑critical experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems, integration processes, and construction workflows.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, internal technical teams, and client representatives.
• Skilled in project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational strengths.

• Base salary of $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential
