townsquare media is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a sales & marketing coordinator
. This hybrid role will support our sales team and digital campaign operations, providing front‑line support to both pre‑sale and post‑sale tasks across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and has a strong background in marketing, sales, and digital advertising.

• act as an extension of the sales and mutation teams, assisting with proposals, sales research, and creative guidance.
• collaborate with digital campaign managers, traffic teams, and sellers to organize assets needed for digital campaigns.
• provide sales/marketing support across radio stations and digital media platforms.
• assist in organizing marketing solutions for clients and ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns.
• actively participate in sales meetings, client needs analysis, and pitches.
• conduct market research using tools like dstillery, ad mall, and sem estimates to help define campaign objectives and strategies.
• perform various administrative tasks and run errands as needed.
• manage multiple projects, ensuring all tasks are completed with attention to detail and within deadlines.
• support the launch and execution of digital campaigns, coordinating with the creative team and clients for approvals.
• monitor campaign performance and create reports to.java script track results and optimize strategies.
• gather and organize campaign details such as targeting, geo‑location, and audience segments for execution.
• collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
• assist in upselling opportunities and help identify ways to enhance client campaigns.
• provide ongoing support to clients, conducting regular check‑ins to review performance and deliver insights for optimization.
• communicate campaign insights, report metrics, and recommend next steps for clients.
• foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• minimum of seca+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field. Epoch
• experience in marketing/advertising and sales support roles preferred.
Tido-l, ltime with strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple flooring tasks simultaneously.
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
