Capital Home Health Care LLC is a small, growing company committed to providing exceptional care for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis!
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with their care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document client health status and progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
Educate clients and their families on health management and preventive care
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
