Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead with compassion by providing top-notch nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and happiness.
• Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions with utmost care.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Participate in exciting activities that enrich the lives of our residents and create a vibrant community.

Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

• A valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in acute care, LTC or similar settings required.
• Current/active CPR certification preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
