8:00 PM – 1:00 AM on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Delicate Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate, reliable LPN to provide short overnight care for a beautiful, loving, and funny client. This case is ideal for nurses pursuing further education or those looking for a calm, rewarding alternative to facility work. You will provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a home environment, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of the client while contributing to a supportive, professional care team.
Responsibilities- Arrive punctually and dependably for all confirmed shifts
- Provide direct patient care and support in the client’s home
- Administer medications safely and monitor reactions and dosages
- Communicate clearly with staff, patients, and families (written and verbal)
- Report any changes in patient status to the supervising RN promptly
- Assist physicians and healthcare professionals as needed, providing thorough end-of-shift reports
- Engage in ongoing education to expand clinical knowledge and skills
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications- Active LPN license in New Jersey (required)
- Minimum of one year full‑time clinical experience
- Hands‑on experience in home‑care and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
