Full-time or part-time position. Salary: $16.38 - $18.38 per hour.

Reports to:

Restaurant General Manager. The Shift Leader oversees all restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to company standards. The Shift Leader works hands-on as needed, partners with the Management Team to execute the business plan, provides training to others, resolves issues promptly, and enforces policies and procedures.

• Plans and executes shift operations efficiently.
• Follows company guidelines for cost control and resource utilization.
• Leads with empathy, fairness, and a focus on teamwork.
• Identifies and develops talent for future roles.
• Applies financial understanding to improve business decisions.
• Manages shift activities for operational excellence.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Supports the success of the business hands-on as needed, including food preparation, guest service, cleaning, or other duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• English communication required;
  Spanish comprehension helpful. Reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills required.
• Strong leadership skills; calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and involve the right stakeholders when needed.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others.
• Respectful and caring treatment of others.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
• Self-motivated and action-oriented; eager to learn.
• Reliable attendance; dependable for shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to work and company events/meetings.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to varying temperatures.
