• Organize and reset tables with silverware and dishware.
• Assist servers with clearing and setting tables.
• Transport dish‑ware to the kitchen and restaurant stations.
• Perform side work as assigned.
• Work collaboratively as a team member.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and maintain fast‑paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Use repetitive motions such as bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and hands‑on activity.
• Provide customer service expertise and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, buss dishes to the kitchen station, and reset tables as needed.
• Remove bus tubs from the bar to the kitchen station and restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations.
• Understand restaurant seating layout and perform pre‑bussing tasks.
• Assist throughout the restaurant as needed.
