Join Arch Telecom as a Retail Store Manager (RSM) and lead a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. You will embody Arch Telecom’s Core Values, serve as a brand ambassador, and create excitement around our products and services. Your role focuses on customer needs in a fast‑paced, fun environment.

• Provide the perfect customer experience, guiding shoppers in‑store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in‑store.
• Achieve sales goals while overseeing all store functions: sales, inventory, store programs and initiatives.
• Sell personalized device and service solutions that keep customers connected.
• Keep the store operating at its best.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plan benefits, and streamline account visits.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and system resources.
• Build relationships with employees across channels, own the customer experience, resolve issues, and provide seamless service.
• Identify and hand‑off small‑business leads while building peer relationships.
• Create a positive, first‑class customer experience while having a good time.

• At least 18 years old.
• Wireless sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (45 hours) availability.
