Residential Lutron & AV Technician

• Install and program residential AV, lighting, shading, network, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.)

• 2+ years Lutron, networking, and residential AV installation experience
• Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail—you take pride in work only another tech might ever see
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Valid driver’s license
• Travel required across Philadelphia, Manhattan, Miami, and beyond
• Experience with Lutron, Sonos, or networking is required

Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour dependent on experience and additional factors, PLUS additional incentives (see above). This is an hourly, non‑exempt role.
