Marshall is seeking HVAC Technicians who want to be part of a growing company with a strong desire to provide quality and reliable service to our customers. We are looking to add self-driven, experienced and qualified HVAC and Refrigeration technicians to our team.
Requirements- Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of refrigeration service experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals.
- Proficient with the use of electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, smart phones.
- Be willing to travel daily throughout the service area.
- Be team oriented.
- Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends, if necessary.
- Proficient at installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting large tonnage equipment.
