Rapid Rehousing Program Case Manager; Part-time

Anchor House Inc., has an immediate opening for a part-time Case Manager to work directly with young adults ages 18-21 providing case management, housing location, life skills, crisis intervention, and transportation services. In addition, the Case Manager is responsible for monthly reporting and data collection. Must have 2 years of experience working with youth and/or young adults. Valid driver’s license, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and ability to pass a background check required.

Residential experience and bilingual preferred. The successful candidate will thrive in an environment working with youth and building productive relationships to assist youth in successfully meeting their short term and long term goals.
