Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: $90, per year

• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• At least 7 years of full-lifecycle application development experience, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment, focused on Salesforce and enterprise integrations
• At least 7 years of Salesforce programmatic development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
• At least 7 years of experience configuring Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and Security and Permission Sets
• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce integrations and web services, including REST/SOAP, Bulk API 2.0, and Metadata API
• At least 5 years of Salesforce Dev Ops, CI/CD, and release management experience using Copado and Git-based version control
• At least 7 years of full-lifecycle SDLC experience in an Agile environment, including technical specifications, unit testing, and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural options
• Experience defining system landscapes, identifying technical gaps, and implementing end-to-end solutions
• Ability to develop and run automated unit tests with high code coverage and support QA and regression testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator certifications are preferred
• Must be able to interview onsite

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions under a supervisors direction
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems
• Work with program offices to gather and evaluate business requirements
