You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep Salesforce expertise and experience in Financial Services Cloud, who wants to drive impactful projects and shape architecture across the platform.
Location:
Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid – 3-4 days/week)
Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
Lead work streams and provide technical guidance to teams
Provide architectural solutions, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies
Participate in full project life cycle from design to deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients, ensuring best practices in coding and deployment
Mentor and guide junior developers, building a strong technical team Required
Skills & Experience:
5-8 years of Salesforce customization experience
Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC mandatory)5+ years of hands-on Salesforce programming (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
Experience with technology consulting, enterprise solutions, and architectural frameworks
Proven ability to define new architectures and drive independent projects
Agile development experience
Excellent communication skills – able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Salesforce Technical Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Certification preferred)
